Homemade coffee ice lolly with coconut icing are refreshing, and in the summer they are much better than hot coffee. And with chocolate. What else could you wish for....

Ingredients

  • 100 g semolina sugar
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 ml of water
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

Cooking guidelines

Pour hot water over the instant coffee, mix and allow to cool. Then add milk and sugar and beat until smooth. Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture and store them in the freezer for 5 hours.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the oil.

Before serving, pour the popsicles out of the molds, soak them in the icing and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
